Edward Aschoff, ESPN.com's SEC insider and an Oxford native, joins us to talk about the Ole Miss coaching hire.  Plus, Matt Luke returns to the Rebels as an assistant coach.  Ole Miss basketball gets help from a freshman making his first collegiate start.  All of this and more on this holiday edition of the Hotty Toddy Hotline.

Hugh Freeze is named head coach of the Ole Miss Rebels.  We hear a portion of Monday's introductory press conference with the Senatobia, Miss., native.  Also, co-host Keith Sisson shares his input on the coach, as well as the search committee that put Freeze in place.  And the Rebel hoops team continues to win on the road, most recently at DePaul and Penn State.

The coaching search continues, and we talk about all the rumors and where Ole Miss goes from here. Also, Andy Kennedy and the basketball Rebels are looking good heading into the SEC vs. Big East Challenge at DePaul in Chicago.
